Pretty Peonies

Hello

Today I have to share this spring card.

On my card I use Pretty Peonies stamp 

 from Jane's Doodles.

Sorry I forgot to take photos of process making this card.

So I will write you how I did it.

 I stamped flowers on card and then I use

red distress ink and color them.

Then I use yellow ink and color background.

And then I just stamped sentiment

 with black ink.

Potzblitz, mein nachhaltiges Notizblöckchen à la Upcycling im Monsterstyle liess sich ja flinker mit spielerischer Leichtigkeit realisieren als wie erwartet. Was man nicht alles mit unbeschriebenen Blättern noch so alles anstellen kann...

Upon my soul! My sustainable note pad à la upcycling in monster style was quicker with the greatest of ease to realize than expected. What you can't do with blank sheets...

Mein letztjährig gestartetes Planerprojekt ward ja schon im ersten Quartal regelrecht zum Scheitern verurteilt, obwohl ich anfangs doch recht euphorisch an die Sache heranging. Zumindest fiel mir das verwaiste Büchlein mit seinen zig leeren Seiten während meines kürzlichen Rundgangs im allerheiligen Kämmerlein in die Hände, wobei ich mir dennoch schwor, dass es nicht komplett der Sinnlosigkeit zum Opfer fallen darf. 

The planning project I started last year was doomed to fail in the first quarter, although at first I was quite euphoric. At least I recently fell into the hands of the rarely used book with its blank pages, although I swore to myself that it should'nt be completely lost to senselessness.

So zückte ich mein Messer und halbierte die vorgelochten Bögen, welche ja wunderbar auch mit Buchringen harmonieren. Aus weiteren Ingredienzien wie Graupappe, Cardstock und dickem Filz zimmerte ich mir einen wie angegossen-sitzenden Einband, welcher obendrein mit meinen selbstkreiierten gigantischen Wackelaugen sowie den Zähnen aus Moosgummi gespickt wurde.

So I halved the pre-punched pages, which can also be wonderfully combined with book rings. From other materials such as chipboard, cardstock and thick felt I made a cover that fits like a glove, which was also assembled with my self-made gigantic googly eyes and teeth made of white foam.

Damit mein üppiges Notizbüchlein nicht beliebig wie ein offenes Buch sein Innenleben ausschüttet, setzte ich zudem einen robusten Magnetverschluss ein und verstärkte die Ringbindung des Einbands mit xxl-grossen Eyelets.

So that my handsome notepad doesn't open by itself, I also used a robust magnetic closure and reinforced the ring binding of the cover with xxl-sized eyelets.

Als wunderbare Farbtupfer kommen bei mir auch immer wieder kunterbunte Schleifenbänder mit ins Spiel, welche ich dieses Mal um die Bindung der triologischen Buchringe geschlungen habe.

Like a wonderful splash of color, I always use motley ribbons, which I've wrapped around the binding of the triple pack of book rings.

Tja, selbst "ein schöner Rücken kann sogar auch entzücken", oder nicht? Echt schade, dass ich es noch nicht geschafft habe, einen shorty Movie von meiner neuen Errungenschaft zu drehen. Aber das kann ich die kommenden Tage ja nachholen, damit ich euch präsentieren kann, wie herrlich das belustigende Augenverdrehen im realen Leben ausschaut.

Well, "a beautiful rear can also endear". It's a pity that i haven't made a short movie of my new achievement yet. But I can film it in the coming days, so that you can see how wonderful the amusing eyes roll in real life.

Bunnies exploding box

Hello

Today I have to share with you this 

adorable easter exploding box.

I use Somebunny  from MFT stamps on my box.

I made rosette from 1,5 x 12 inch piece of paper.

Bunnies I colored with distress inks.

 I use 9x9 inch paper and score it at 3 and 6 

inches to get box.

 

 Same way I made lid.

I glue rosette and pieces of purple paper.

I cut pieces of patterned paper and glue them in the box.

I die cut lace piece and use it as little basket inside the box.

 Bunnies I glue on circels and glue them 

on the each lid of the box.

I put one also on the rosette .

And here is my box done .

Sweet holiday

Hello

Fikreta here today to share my 

DT card.

Today I have to share holiday card.

Yes,holidays are over but I just love to

 make holiday cards.

And that way Im ready for

 next holdays :)

On my card I use "Gingerbread" 

from Janes Doodles.

First I made background with  inks.

 With embossing paste and stencil

 I made stars.

 Images I colored with distress inks.

 die cut hillside border die to be snow.

 and then I arrange it all on card base.

For end I stamped sentiment
