Party Time Birthday Tag

Hello, friends! 

It's Nancy here with a new project made with products from the Cards and More Shop .

I decided it was time to use this sweet stamp set again!
I haven't for a while, and it's one of my favorites since it's called "Cake Nancy"! lol 

Instead of a card, I decided to make a birthday tag.
I thought this fun Dutch Doobadoo template would make a fun tag shape.
Here is my birthday tag:

I stamped the image on white, colored it with my markers,

and fussy cut it out. 

I cut out two of the shield shapes, 

one in white and one in patterned paper, and then distressed the edges.

I adhered them together.

I added an eyelet in the top of the patterned paper one.

I threaded some ribbons through the eyelet, and tied them with a bow.

I adhered the image in place using foam tape for extra dimension.

Then I added the "It's time to party" sentiment.

I added stickles to the stars and sprinkles,

and some glossy accents to the candles.

Finally, I added some sequins.

Once Upon A Time...

Hello, friends! 

It's Nancy here with a new project made with products from the Cards and More Shop .

This was such a fun card to make!
I sent it to my daughter who will be celebrating a special birthday! 

I began with this super fun Dutch Doobadoo template.
There are so many creative things to do with this one!
I'll be using it again but this time I just cut several layers and stacked them up!

All the stamping was done using the Magical Stamp from Jane's Doodles.

Isn't that cute? 

It's such a fun stamp set to play with!

Here's the left side.

I coloured it with my Spectrum Noir markers.

Then I added some Stickles to give it some sparkle.

Here's a closer look at the right side. 

More colouring and more sparkle.

All the page edges were distressed. 

I scored down the center of the pages.

Then I curled them slightly, and added foam tape in a few places,

to make them look like real book pages.

Butterfly Card

Hello, friends! 

It's Nancy here today!
I'm very happy to be continuing on the Design Team.
I look forward to sharing more fun projects with you in the coming months... 

all made with products from the Cards and More Shop .

Here is a card I have for you today: 

The image was a win that I received from Gecko Galz.

It was the inspiration for the design. 

I distressed the edges and matted it on the teal cardstock.

Then I added a layer of the lovely Scrapberry paper.

The final background layer was stenciled using the 

fabulous Dutch Doobadoo Butterfly Mask.

The white chalk ink shows up so softly against the teal cardstock.

Isn't it a pretty card?

POP UP BOX - Jane´s Doodles - Under the sea

Hallo liebe Leser, heute zeige ich euch eine POP UP BOX.

Es ist meine aller erste Pop Up Box und ich finde, 
das sie mir ganz gut gelungen ist oder was meint ihr?

 Ich habe eine kleine Unterwasserwelt geschaffen, ganz nach dem Motto -  Unter dem Meer :)
Das Set von Jane´s Doodles - UNDER THE SEA passt einfach perfekt. Ich liebe die Sets von Jane´s Doodle, sie sind allerliebst und es gibt so viele verschiedene Themen.

 

Wenn die Karte geschlossen ist, sieht man gar nicht, was für eine süße Überraschung darin steckt. Das finde ich an den POP UP Boxen so schön.

  

So sieht die Karte aus wenn sie zusammen gefaltet ist und man die oberen Bereich runterklappt. Damit man nicht sieht was beim öffnen rauspoppen soll, muss man darauf achten, dass die Anordnung der einzelnen Teile in dem Bereich bleiben und nicht darüber hinausschauen.

Ich habe drei Balken eingearbeitet um einen besseren 3D Effekt zu erhalten.

 

 

Colouriert habe ich mit Copic Markern.

Vielen Dank fürs anschauen, 

vielleicht habt ihr ja nun auch Lust eine

 POP UP BOX zu basteln. Ich kann nur sagen, es macht riesigen Spaß.

Baby...Sternchen...

Hallo liebe Leser, meine liebe Kollegin hat ein kleinen Jungen geboren und zum Anlass und kleines Mitbringsel habe ich eine Babykarte gebastelt und kleine Babyschuhe gehäkelt.

Ich mag es sehr Karten mit Karft Paper als Grundlage zu gestalten.

 Das Motiv habe ich mit Memento Stempelfarbe gestempelt und mit Copics colouriert.

Leider hatte ich keine blaue Wolle passend zur Karte zur Hand und somit sind es dann Schuhe in Türkis/Petrol geworden. Finde die Farbe auch zauberhaft für einen Jungen.

Ich liebe es etwas selbstgemachtes zu verschenken und freue mich immer über das Lächeln in den Gesichtern :)
