Washi Tape Organization

Hello, my friends! 

It's Nancy here with a new project for Cards and More Shop .

This was a super fun project to put together...and so useful too! 
I think we all have a collection of Washi taped, right?
This is a fabulous way to display it and remember to use it.

This Washi tape holder comes in unfinished and unassembled MDF.

The creative possibilities are endless!

I began by using Distress Stain to colour all the edges and the two dowels. 

I set it aside to dry.

Since it comes unassembled, it's very easy to decorate with paper. 

I simply applied glue to each piece of MDF, placed it onto the paper, 

and then cut around the wood with my craft blade.

Once it was all dry, 

I inked all the edges with the Distress Ink that matched my Distress Stain.

Finally, I glued it all together.

You simply lift the two dowels out and slide your Washi tape rolls on.
